Job Description
工作职责：
1.负责家具品牌客户服务部门日常运营管理工作，组建、培训、管理团队；
2.协助公司制定客户服务运营战略，制定相应计划并组织实施；
3.负责制定部门工作规范，工作流程，日常管理和考核；
4.制定合理的数据运营体系，并根据数据调整团队运营；
5.负责对外部门及对外公司的衔接工作；
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历（优秀者可放宽至大专）
2、5年以上家居销售团队管理经验，具有1年以上电商行业工作经验者佳；
3、对数据敏感，对数据运营有深刻的理解并有实施经验；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销和推广能力；
5、具备线上销售经验及售后经验，有家居设计经验者优先；
6、具有良好的人际沟通及协调能力。
