岗位设置目的:
加强 B2B业务商务油市场营销能力
管理 B2B商务油销售团队
岗位输出主要结果或决策:
1、成品油批发业务年度市场计划及费用管理
2、成品油批发 CVP定位及销售政策、人员奖励政策制定
3、成品油批发销售目标的达成
4、B2B团队销售工具应用及过程管理监督
5、组织进行相关市场的调研分析,确定目标客户发掘潜在客户,提出销售政策和方案;
主要职责:
1、制定成品油批发销售战略规划和年度经营目标
2、建立公司成品油批发销售管理制度和销售流程;
3、制定营销计划和销售任务完成计划;
4、搭建并带领销售团队达成业绩;
5、协调部门间的沟通,重点大客户关系维护,合同签订。
岗位要求:
1、大学专科以上学历;
2、有6年以上B2B销售经验,3年以上石化行业油品批发团队管理经验;
3、能适应出差;
4、具有良好的核心价值观,诚实、正直和尊重他人;并能将这些价值观贯彻到工作行为当中;
5、良好的个人领导力、影响力,沟通能力以及管理利益相关方的能力;
6、良好的目标驱动力和抗压能力;
7、良好的英语阅读能力与基本的写作能力(非必选项)
